Play Again Now Review

Over exaggerated

Roberto Taylor says in his Play Again Now review that the claims made by Play Again Now are over exaggerated. Alberto Barker’s Play Again Now review reads that he hasn’t noticed any qualitative results yet. Similarly, Lila Maxwell writes in her Play Again Now review that it has had no effect in her and it does not relieve knee pain. Most reviewers wrote that they did not see any difference.

Bad Quality

Another reviewer, Donald Bowman says that most of the pills were broken and looked like they were cheaply made and of bad quality.

No Noticeable Difference

Luke Fuller says in his Play Again Now review that he has used it and there were no noticeable improvements in his dry skin and achy joints. Although he has been taking it for 2 months there have been no noticeable changes. He says that he will not recommend it.

Allen Walsh also makes a similar claim in his Play Again Now review and says- “Unfortunately, I have not yet noticed any improvement in my complexion, although it was not in bad condition to begin with. I also have the problem with severe chapped lips, and it’s done nothing in that regard, as well. I had the greatest expectations for this product. I’m still taking it, it’s been almost a month now, maybe 3 weeks.”

Wilson Phillips writes in his Play Again Now review that he had some achy joints. He tried Play Again Now because it was less expensive. He soon found out that it wasn’t working as well and had to order his tried and true brand. He prefers the NOW brand that he has been taking for 10 years. He is 80 years old and has no pain in any of his joints except for his hands on cold days.

There are Better Hyaluronic Acid Supplements Out There

In his Play Again Now review, Aaron Henderson says that the vast majority of HA capsules in the market are 100 mgs but Play Again Now is 75 mg so he will not buy it.

Willie Mcgee says something similar, his Play Again Now review says’ “ Why should I buy this, there are so many tried and tested Hyaluronic acid supplements available out there so I see no reason why I should buy this”. Glen Wright also says in his Play Again Now review that he won’t buy the Play Again Now supplement, “As seen on TV” is not a reputed brand for health products.

Antonio Moody complains in his Play Again Now review that it didn’t get a chance to work because it made him nauseous. According to his internet search, that is a common drawback.

Analysis of the Claims Made by Play Again Now

“Clinically-proven results you can feel in 7 – 14 days.”

This claim is not attested by actual user reviews. Neither the clinical trials are confirmed by any competent agency.

Helps drench the connective tissue, muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints, delivering hydration and lubrication at the cellular level.

While the hyaluronic acid supplements do work for some people, only when injected directly into the area of pain (like knee). Play Again Now is an oral hyaluronic acid supplement and is not at all as effective as the hyaluronic acid injection.

Reviews on the Play Again Now website

Do not get lured into buying the Play Again Now by the reviews on the Plan Again Now official website ( These are paid reviews and the reviewers (if they are real) get paid to “say” what the promoters of the Play Again Now want them to say.

The Name “Play Again Now

The product in consideration is aptly named “Play Again Now” from marketing perspective. The words PLAY AGAIN convey the message that the supplement is directed towards athletes and sportsmen. The whole branding theme of the Play Again Now supplement is designed around athletes and sportsmen, but their target audience are common people. The ploy is to use the “sports” branding style to impress upon the common people that Play Again Now is a sports-grade supplement that should certainly work for common ailments of common people (If it can work for sports). The word “NOW” in Play Again Now indicates that the hyaluronic acid supplement relieves pain instantly. The other reason to use the word “NOW” could be to subliminally associate the Play Again Now with the much acclaimed supplement brand NOW.

Our Verdict On Play Again Now?

The promoters of the Play Again Now are using deceptive marketing tactics to sell their product. They are using the benefits of hyaluronic acid “injections” to promote the Play Again Now hyaluronic acid supplement. All the benefits mentioned on their website applies to the injection (administered by a certified physician) and not Play Again Now. It is important to note the two disclaimers at the bottom of the website, they read:

“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated these statements.”

“This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”

That says it all.

As tempting as it may be to try hyaluronic acid supplements if you have pain (or another condition), there are not enough large-scale clinical trials to prove that “oral” hyaluronic acid supplements like the Play Again Now actually have any positive effect. If you’re still considering using them, be sure to talk with your healthcare provider first to discuss whether it’s right for you.

Look for hyaluronic acid on the internet and there are thousands of products. Oral supplements focus on the benefits of hyaluronic acid on the joints. Hyaluronic acid plays an important role within the body, from skin repair to joint lubrication, so it is not surprising that marketers publicize it as a possible treatment for a wide variety of health problems ranging from osteoarthritis to sun burns. But what does science says about its usefulness? With only a few studies on oral treatments of hyaluronic acid, they all seem to have quite positive results. One study found that taking daily supplements of oral hyaluronic acid enhanced the quality of life in adults with osteoarthritis of the knee, and the study concluded that oral intake of high purity hyaluronic acid is effective in the treatment of American patients of knee osteoarthritis.

There is enough reason to believe that orally administered hyaluronic acid is absorbed in the digestive tract and that it does travel to the relevant connective tissues. There is also evidence that it can have a biological effect without even being absorbed. These functions however, depend on there being enough hyaluronic acid molecules present to interact with the relevant receptors. Ensure you ask your doctor about hyaluronic acid for your osteoarthritis or chronic dry eyes, but make sure to read the package before you buy the pills.

Do we recommend Play Again Now?

Nope. Play Again Now is not the only “hyaluronic acid” supplement out in the market. There are quite a few of them available on,, etc. The second reason not to buy the Play Again Now is that it does not come from a reputed HEALTH brand. As one of the user mentions in this Play Again Now review “As Seen On TV is not a good brand to buy your health supplements from”. Here are a few alternatives that fairly work, you may want to try one of these:
  • Now Foods Hyaluronic Acid 2X Plus Veg Capsules
  • Nature’s Truth Bioavailable Hyaluronic Acid 100mg
  • Schiff Move Free Ultra, Coated Tablets, 30 tablets
  • Shop Botanic Choice Hyaluronic Acid 80 mg Herbal Supplement Capsules (30 ea.)30 ea.

  1. I used this product for several years — along with synvisc injections – to alleviate severe osteoarthritis in my knees before replacement. My own GP participated in the clinical trials — it was not a “as seen on tv” developed product. The combination of both products allowed me to keep walking. It’s a shame you are doing a hack job on Play Again Now in this review.
